Return Policy

 1. There is only one time return policy for all the products.

2. Customers can return their order within 10 days from the date of delivery of the order. 

3. All returns must be in unused condition with all original barcodes and packaging intact.

4. If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

6. The product will be delivered to you in 7-10 business days. To schedule a return, please write to us at support@kidonik.com or call us at +91 731 299 8982. You can return your order within 10 days from order delivery. There is only one time return policy.

 

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

1. You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 10 days of its date of delivery.

2. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address in order to place the order & ask for a refund.

How long does the refund procedure take?

1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be transferred in your bank account within 5-7 working days.

Where should I return my product?

We will arrange a pickup from our courier services & before arranging the pickup for return we will update you via email about the pickup time & then the product shall be returned. You can also send the product to us at the given address provided below.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.

2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

4.Any unclaimed refunds will be automatically converted to store credit after one month of the request and is valid for six months. Given store credit coupon code valid for 6 months.
